Ordoro integrates with many sales channels and marketplaces. Each may have quirks/unique aspects, so we’ve compiled a list here. All carts have links to support articles to explain these differences.

Amazon

  1. A few definitions:
    • Fulfilled by Amazon = FBA
    • Fulfilled by Merchant = FBM
    • Multi-Channel Fulfillment = MCF
    • Seller Fulfilled Prime shipping = SFP
  2. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Amazon. Click Here for more details.
  3. The price per product in Amazon is imported into the Manual Order Price field (found on the Product Details page) in Ordoro.
  4. Amazon-specific shipping carriers:
    • Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipping is supported in Ordoro. Click Here for more details.
    • Amazon Buy Shipping API is available in Ordoro. Click Here for more information.
  5. Shipping details:
    • Ordoro will import the expected Deliver By date from Amazon. Click Here for more details.
    • Amazon tracking numbers will write back every two hours. Click Here for information.
    • For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to Amazon. Ordoro will tag these failures so you can monitor them. Click here for more details.
  6. Routing non-Amazon orders for fulfillment via FBA:
    • If you route orders from non-Amazon channels to Amazon (MCF). For example, from Shopify to Amazon. 
    • Click Here for instructions on how to set up your products in Ordoro.
    • Click Here for details on how to route MCF orders to FBA via Ordoro.
  7. Importing FBA orders placed on Amazon:
    • Ordoro can import your FBA orders for analytics purposes. Click Here for more details.
  8. Changing products from FBA to FBM, or vice versa:
    • If you need to update a product’s Amazon fulfillment status, you’ll want to do that in Ordoro first. Click Here for more details.
    • If you’re changing a product from FBM to FBA, then follow these steps to avoid a second product listing (i.e. a ghost listing) in Amazon. Click Here for more details.
  9. Amazon product latency times:
    • Ordoro can update and keep track of your Amazon latency times. Click Here on how to manage this in Ordoro.
  10. Split Orders with Amazon:
    • You can split Amazon orders in Ordoro. If you split your FBM orders, the tracking generated for the split orders will write back to Amazon
    • If you split an Amazon Prime Order, Ordoro will not allow you to create a label for SFP for those split orders. 
  11. Merging Amazon orders:
    • This is not supported per Amazon’s policies.

BigCommerce

  1. If you have product images in your BigCommerce cart, you can import those into Ordoro. Click Here for more details on how to do that.
  2. If your BigCommerce customers have orders with multiple shipping addresses, you will be able to import these orders into Ordoro. Click Here for more details on how this works.
  3. If you use custom titles for your BigCommerce order statuses, you can still use Ordoro without issue. Click Here for more details.
  4. If you include gift wrapping or gift messages for your customers, those details will import into Ordoro. Click Here for more details.
  5. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from BigCommerce. Click Here for more details.
  6. Split Orders in Ordoro will write back to BigCommerce for all split orders.
  7. When set up with Instasync, Ordoro can cancel orders that are canceled in your BigCommerce store. Click here for more details.
  8. Digital products on orders will automatically split out with -digital appended on the order. Click here for details.

ChannelAdvisor

  1. Orders imported into Ordoro from ChannelAdvisor will be tagged with the original cart the order was created in (ex: Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce)
  2. For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to your sales channel. You can look for this in Ordoro for this cart. Click here for more details.

eBay

  1. Before you set up your eBay account, you must determine whether you would like for Ordoro to end your eBay listings automatically.

  2. Some eBay users find it helpful to write back a lower quantity of products to eBay than the Ordoro inventory number. Click Here for more on how to do this for your eBay cart.
  3. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from eBay. Click Here for more details.
  4. Split Orders in Ordoro will write back to eBay for all split orders.

Ecwid

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Ecwid. Click Here for more details.
  2. Split Orders in Ordoro will write back to Ecwid for all split orders.

Etsy

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Etsy. Click Here for more details.
  2. Depending on how you have your Etsy listings set up, Ordoro can activate or deactivate your products. Click Here for more details.
  3. Etsy also has some unique behavior regarding variations. If all variants are sold out but one, then Ordoro is unable to write back a zero quantity for the last variant. Click Here for more details.
  4. Etsy does not allow for tracking writeback when orders are split in Ordoro.
  5. For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to your sales channel. You can look for this in Ordoro for this cart. Click here for more details.
  6. Etsy only accepts inventory quantities up to 999. Use the Max Export feature to help with this.

Magento

  1. Ordoro only imports certain states from Magento. Click Here for more details.
  2. Split Orders in Ordoro will write back to Magento for all split orders.
  3. For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to your sales channel. You can look for this in Ordoro for this cart. Click here for more details.
  4. Ordoro can import customizable options from Magento 2. Click here for more details. 

Shopify

  1. If you use Shopify’s Location feature, you need to connect the Shopify locations with the corresponding Ordoro warehouses. Click Here for more details on how to do that.
  2. If you utilize the Shopify Point of Sale feature, you can update inventory for those Shopify POS orders in Ordoro. Click Here for more details on how to do that.
  3. If you have product images in your Shopify cart, you can import those images into Ordoro. Click Here for more details on how to do that.
  4. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Shopify. Click Here for more details.
  5. Split Orders in Ordoro will write back to Shopify for all split orders.
  6. For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to your sales channel. You can look for this in Ordoro for this cart. Click here for more details.
  7. When set up with Instasync, Ordoro will cancel orders that are canceled in your Shopify store by default. Click here for more details. Ordoro does not cancel orders in Shopify if canceled in Ordoro.

Square

  1. You can map your Square locations to Ordoro warehouses. Click here for more details on how to do this.
  2. Square POS orders will be tagged with a POS tag, and the order ID will be the Receipt number for your order in Square.
  3. Ordoro import orders based on status in Square. Orders in the Open status will import into Ordoro upon connection, but Ordoro can also import your Completed status orders.

Squarespace

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Squarespace. Click Here for more details.
  2. Ordoro does not import product details (dimensions, weight, price) from Squarespace.
  3. The different Squarespace product types import to Ordoro in unique ways. See here for details.

Stripe

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Stripe. Click Here for more details. 
  2. Stripe API does not support inventory writeback at this time. Therefore, Ordoro is unable to sync inventory quantities to Stripe currently. Click Here for more details.
  3. Stripe does not allow for tracking writeback

Walmart

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Walmart. Click Here for more details.
  2. Ordoro currently does not support sellers using the Walmart Drop Ship Vendor (DSV) program. Click Here for more details.
  3. Ordoro will automatically mark an order as acknowledged when it imports into our system. Click Here for more details.
  4. If an item is purchased with a quantity > 1, then the product will show up multiple times on the order. Click Here for more details.
  5. Walmart does not allow for tracking writeback when orders are split in Ordoro.
  6. For various reasons, your tracking may fail to write back to your sales channel. You can look for this in Ordoro for this cart. Click here for more details.
  7. When Ordoro imports orders from Walmart, the Tax amount is determined by adding together the Product tax and Shipping Tax from Walmart.

WooCommerce

  1. Ordoro will post tracking numbers as a note on the order. Click Here for information.
  2. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from WooCommerce. Click Here for more details.
  3. Split orders in Ordoro will writeback tracking to WooCommerce as a separate note in WooCommerce.

Volusion

  1. Ordoro only imports certain statuses from Volusion. Click Here for more details.
