If a Walmart order isn’t showing up in Ordoro, the most common reason is the order status in Walmart. This article explains which statuses import, which ones don’t, and what you can do.

Statuses that import to Ordoro
Ordered
- Ordoro imports Walmart orders when they are in Ordered status.
- After the order imports, Ordoro will also mark it as Acknowledged to help meet Walmart’s 4-hour acknowledgment requirement. More details here.
Statuses that do not import (and why)
Acknowledged
- By default, Ordoro does not import orders that are already in Acknowledged status.
- If you need these orders to import:
- Email support@ordoro.com.
- Include a few example Walmart order numbers.
- A screenshot of the orders in Walmart Seller Center (if possible).
Pending
- Walmart uses Pending when an order is placed, but the customer has not yet paid.
- Ordoro can’t import or acknowledge Pending orders.
- What you can do:
- Check the order in Walmart Seller Center.
- If Walmart requires acknowledgment, you may need to acknowledge it manually.
- Once the order moves out of Pending, it may be able to import (depending on the new status).
