For Ordoro Version 2:

1. In the batch shipping workflow, you don’t have to print the labels immediately after creating them. In the printer selection screen, you can simply click out of the window to print them later.

2. Those “Unprinted” labels can later be accessed by going to the “Unprinted” filter in the Shipments tab.

3. Select the labels you want to print. And then click on “Print Labels”. And in the popup, select your printer of choice and and click on “View PDF”

5. Once you do that a multi-page pdf will open up in your browser.

6. You can print the pdf by clicking the print button within your browser.

  • Keyboard short-cut for Mac -> CMD-P
  • Keyboard short-cut for Windows IE -> CNTRL-P
  • Keyboard short-cut for Windows Chrome, print icon on the left -> CNTRL-Pprint later 5

That’s it. All labels will be printed out at once.


For Ordoro Version 3:

  1. Whether you create one or multiple labels, you have the option of print the labels later
  2. In the Label Panel you will see an option to “Print Later”. Click on it.
  3. When you are ready to print, go to the Shipped sub-tab
  4. Click on the “Unprinted Only” button
  5. Select all or the orders your would like to print
  6. Click on “View PDF” button
  7. You can print the pdf by clicking the print button within your browser.
