Yes, you can! Ordoro comes with an automated tagging feature for dropshipped orders with failed email deliveries to the supplier. These failures may be attributed to various reasons, including an invalid email address or email bouncing back due to issues with the supplier’s email server.
Here’s how you can check for these:
1. Click on the Filters button on the Orders tab.
2. Select Dropshipment Requested from under the Status section. Scroll down to the Tags section.
3. Choose the Dropship Email Failed tag, and then click Apply.
4. This will show you all of your failed dropship emails sent from Ordoro. To resend these emails, you will want to resend the dropshipment. Click here for details on how to do this.
