Sometimes you need to resend a dropshipment order because:

  1. Supplier is out of stock, and you need to resend the order to another supplier.
  2. There is a FBA routing error (see red tags applied).

See the steps below to resend a dropshipment order.

Steps to resend dropship orders to your Supplier (not FBA)

1. Click on the Orders tab in the green bar

2. Select Status and then select Dropship Requested.

3. Select the order(s) needing to resend

4. Select the Order Actions option

5. Select Mark as Awaiting Fulfillment

6. Click on Status and then select Awaiting Fulfilment

7. Search for the order(s)

8. Select the order(s)

9. Select the Dropship tab in the label panel

10. Choose the Supplier, Packing lists and Shipping Methods to send orders

11. Select the Email Requests to Supplier button

Steps to resend FBA dropship orders

1. Click on the Orders tab in the green bar

2. Filter by “FBA Routing Error” tag

3. Select the order/s needing to resend

4. Select the Order Actions option

5. Select Cancel

6. Click on Status and then select the Cancelled filter

7. Filter by “FBA Routing Error” tag

8. Select the order(s)

9. Select the Order Actions option

10. Select the Restore Order option

11. Select the Awaiting Fulfilment filter

12. Filter by “FBA Routing Error” tag

13. Select the order(s)

14. Remove the “FBA Routing Error” by selecting the Apply Tags option and unchecking the checkbox

15. Select the Dropship tab in the label panel on the right-hand side

16. Select the FBA Supplier from the dropdown menu

17. Select the Send to FBA button
