Shopify has recently released its Locations feature where you can track inventory in multiple locations within the Shopify cart.  If you have any questions about the Locations feature and how to enable this feature for your Shopify cart, please contact Shopify Support.

Please follow these steps to setup your Ordoro Warehouse and Shopify Location mappings:

  • If your Ordoro account started before July 31, 2018, please start with Step #1.
  • If your Ordoro account started on or after August 1, 2018,  please start with Step #2.

1. Reauthorize the Shopify cart in Ordoro to sync Locations data

  • Click on your Company Name in the top right-hand corner of your Ordoro account
  • Click on Account Settings

  • Select the Sales Channels option in the left-hand menu

  • Select the Edit option for the Shopify cart
  • Select the Reauthorize option 
  • Log into your Shopify cart and follow the steps to authorize Ordoro to connect to your Shopify cart
  • Select Save and continue with Step 2

2. Map Locations

  • Click on your Company Name in the top right-hand corner of your Ordoro account
  • Select the Sales Channels option
  • Select the Edit option for your Shopify cart
  • Map the Ordoro Warehouse(s) to the Shopify Location(s).
  • Select Save

Note: Even if you have one warehouse and one location in Shopify, you must map the Locations in Ordoro, or else tracking or inventory will not update in Shopify.
