If you’ve connected Ordoro to a Shopify sales channel, you will import Shopify Point of Sale (POS) orders just like any other order made in your Shopify account.

To separate standard Shopify orders, and the Shopify POS orders, Ordoro will automatically apply a tag to those processed with Shopify POS.

With these orders, you will notice that there is no Ship-to address within Ordoro. You can do anything with this order that you would with any other order in the app.

To updated inventory from orders with the POS tag, you will need to mark these orders as shipped. To do this:

1. Go to the Orders tab in Ordoro

2. Select the check mark next to the POS orders you would like to mark as shipped.

3. Select Other Actions from the top menu.

4. Select Mark as Shipped from the drop-down menu. These orders will move to the shipped status, and the items in those orders will have their inventory updated to reflect these orders.
