1. Click on Create Order from any Orders sub-tab 
  2. A new Create an Order page will open up where you can enter your order information 
    • Under Order Info, you have the option to modify the order ID.
      • Note: Manual orders number will always start with an  “M-” to indicate they are a manual entered orders.
    • The Shipping Address does a ‘search as you type’ to autofill addresses that are already in your account
    • The Order Contents field does a ‘search as you type’ to autofill products that are already in your account.
      • You will need to add products to an order, otherwise, you will not be able to create one.
      • If you’re trying to add a product to an order that does not yet exists, you can create a new SKU from within the Products page. See this help article for more details.
  3. Click Create Order 
    • Depending on how many tasks run behind the scenes when you click on the Create Order button, such as address validation, automation rules you have configured, inventory recalculations, and so on, this step may take a few seconds to complete.
    • If you need to process a payment for this order, you can do this via Ordoro’s Stripe payment processing feature. For more details, see this help article on how to process credit card payments in Ordoro.

  • If you need to create a lot of manual orders in bulk, we suggest using Ordoro’s  Data Import feature which allows you to create all those orders in a spreadsheet before uploading them in bulk with a few clicks.
