Whether you need to filter orders by Status, Warehouse, and/or Order Date Range, etc., Ordoro provides many options.

  • By filtering, you simplify the view to specific orders.
  • Multiple filters can be used together with the search and sorting functions.
  • You can also bookmark your filters in your preferred browser to be easily recalled.

For example, apply a tag to the orders if you have backorders. Then, filter them out / exclude them so you can ship orders ready to go out. Or if you’ve set up a rule that tags orders requiring expedited shipping, you can filter and process those orders first.

Status

You can view orders based on their status. This feature lets you pick out orders that are in one or more specific statuses at the same time.

If you need to see all orders, no matter what their status is, Ordoro gives you two easy ways to do this:

  1. Select Every Status Method: Click every status option there is and then the Apply button. After you do this, you’ll see every selected status listed in the order search bar. This means your search will include all orders.

  1. Automatic Method: If you don’t pick any status and just apply the filter, Ordoro will understand that you want to see all orders. This time, you won’t see any status listed in the search bar, but it still means every order is listed. Plus, if you’re looking for something specific, you can always type in an order ID, product SKU, or anything similar to narrow your search.
