What counts as a matching address?

Ordoro compares the full Ship-To address to determine matches. This includes:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Address lines 1 + 2
  • City, State, ZIP
  • Country

For orders to match, these fields must be identical.

A few helpful details:

  • Matching is case-insensitive (uppercase vs lowercase doesn’t matter).
  • Special characters are ignored.
  • If even one field is different, the orders won’t be flagged as a match.

💡 Example:
“123 Main St” and “123 Main Street” may not match if the values differ.
