You can filter easily through your Orders by using the tags applied to each Order. To do this you’ll want to go to the Orders tab and select Tags.

You will be able to sort your orders based on tags you have applied. You will want to know how to use the choices between Any, All and Only to successfully navigate your orders the way you would like.

Has:

Any: This will show any order with the tag(s) you have selected. If you select multiple tags, it will include orders that have at least one of any of the tags you have chosen.

Example – If you select the “Expedited” tag in the above picture, you will return all orders with that tag. If you select “Expedited” and “International”, you will return all orders that have at least one of “Expedited” or “International” tags.

All: This will show all orders with the tag(s) you have selected.  If you select multiple tags, it will only return orders that have been tagged by all of the selected tags. It will not include orders tagged with only one of the multiple tags selected. For this, you will want to choose Any.

Example – If you select the “Expedited” tag in the above picture, you will return all orders with that tag. If you select “Expedited” and “International”, you will return all orders that have both of “Expedited” and “International” tags.  An order that has the tags “International”, “Expedited” and “First Class” would show up. And order with “Expedited” and not “International” would not show up.

Only: This will only return orders with the exact specific tag(s) you have selected. If you select multiple tags, it will only return orders that have those exact multiple tags and no other tags.

Example – If you select the “Expedited” tag in the above picture, you will return all orders tagged only with “Expedited” and nothing else. If you select “Expedited” and “International”, you will return all orders that have both “Expedited” and “International” tags, and nothing else, so,  an order that has the tags “International”, “Expedited” and “First Class” would not show up.

Does not have:

Any: This will hide all orders associated with the tags you have selected.

Example – If you select the “Expedited” tag in the above picture, you will return all orders that don’t have the “Expedited” tag. If you select “Expedited” and “International”, you will return all orders that do not have either “Expedited” or “International” tags.
