Have you spotted the search bar on the Products page? It’s called the Omnibar, and it’s like the central hub for all your filtering and searching needs on the Products page!

When searching for a product or SKU, you may need to edit what you are searching for.

  1. Click once on the search term in the Omnibar.
  2. The term will appear to the right of the X.
  3. Edit the term and then click Enter to update the search.


Status filter

To see all products with a specific status, you can use this filter.

On the Products page, click Filters.

Select the Status you want to want to filter by and Apply.

These are the product statuses to filter by:

  1. Active
    • Products that are currently active in your sales channel.
  2. Low Inventory
    • Products with quantities at or below the low stock threshold quantity.

  3. Kits
    • This filter will display Kit products only.
    • See how to set up Kits here.
  4. Kit Components
    • This filter will display all component products that are part of Kits.
  5. BOMs
    • This filter will display BOM products only.
    • See how to set up BOM products here.
  6. BOM Components
    • This filter will display all component products that are part of BOMs.
    • See how to set up BOM products here.
  7. Dropship
    • Products marked for dropshipping.
    • See how to set products as dropship here
  8. Need Sync
    • Products requiring an inventory update to the sales channel.

  9. On Open Orders
    • Products tied to Awaiting Fulfillment or Dropshipment Requested orders. 
  10. Oversold
    • Products tied to oversold orders (Available On Hand quantity is negative). The oversold orders will be in the Awaiting Fulfillment or Dropshipment Requested statuses.
  11. Reordered
    • Products on an unreceived Purchase Order will appear in this filter.
    • This currently does not work with the On Open Orders status.
  12. Inventory Sync Suspended
    • This filter will show products that failed to sync inventory three times with a given sales channel. For more details, see this support article

Reverse Filter

To filter the opposite results for each product status, select the Reverse Filter and Apply.

  • Hover over the status and click the Reverse Filter icon on the right.
  • For example, in the screenshot below, you could filter by NOT Active.

  1. Not Active (Archived products)
    • Reverse filter on Active. Archived products generally mean discontinued items.

  2. Not Low Inventory
    • Reverse filter on Low Inventory will show products that have not reached the low stock threshold.
  3. Not Kits
    • Reverse filter on Kits. This filter will display products that are not Kits.
  4. Not Kit Components
    • Reverse filter on Kit components. This filter will display products that are not associated with Kits.
  5. Not Dropship Products
    • Reverse filter on Dropship. This filter will display all products that are not set to dropship.
  6. Not Need Sync
    • Reverse filter on Needs Sync. Products that are not in the Needs Sync filter and do not need an inventory update to the sales channels.
  7. Not On Open Orders
    • Reverse filter for On Open Orders. This filter will display products that are not on any open orders.
  8. Not Oversold
    • Reverse filter on Oversold. Products tied to Awaiting Fulfillment or Dropshipment Requested orders that have NOT oversold (Available On Hand inventory remains positive).
  9. Not Reordered
    • Products that do not have inventory on an unreceived Purchase Order will show up in this filter. This currently does not work with the On Open Orders status.

Supplier filter

To see all products that are connected to a specific supplier, you can use this filter.

On the Products page, click Filters.

Then, click the Supplier Name and Apply.

You will see a list of products assigned to that supplier.

NOTE:

  • In the screenshot above, we have filtered by Supplier A.
  • However, notice SKU 25kg-Barley. It lists Supplier C.
  • This SKU has both Supplier A and C assigned. However, Supplier C is the default supplier.
  • Ordoro only displays the default supplier on the Products list page.

Warehouses filter

To see products based on their inventory from a particular warehouse, you can use this filter.

On the Products page, click Filters.

Select the Warehouses you want to filter by and Apply.

Only the warehouse(s) selected will display on the Product list page.

NOTE:

  • When sorting by Warehouse, this will only take effect for the Low Inventory, Oversold, and On Open Orders filters.

Sales Channels filter

To see all products that are connected to a specific sales channel, you can use this filter.

On the Products page, click Filters.

Select the Sales Channels you want to filter by and Apply.  


Product Category filter

To see all products with a specific category, you can use this filter.

On the Products page, click Filters.

Enter the name of the Category you want to filter by and Apply.

Bookmark your filters
