Yes! You can view product images on the Order Detail page in Ordoro. This makes it easier to identify products at a glance when reviewing orders, especially for visual or high-volume catalogs. Whether you assign images manually or sync them from your sales channel, they’ll be visible right in the order view.

How to assign product images
There are two ways to upload and assign product images in Ordoro:
- Upload your own images
Use the Update Product Image Data Import to add product images to Ordoro. Learn how → - Import from Shopify, BigCommerce, or Squarespace

Where images appear in the Order Detail
On the Order Detail page, images appear in the Order Contents section. They’re shown to the left of each product name.
Viewing larger product images
To view a larger version of the product image, hover your cursor over the thumbnail.
What happens if a product has no image
If a product doesn’t have an image, you’ll see a “No Image” placeholder instead.
Viewing kit component images
When you expand a kit, each component will show its image (if one is available).
