When you run low on inventory for a Kit or Bill of Materials (BOM) product, you can quickly re-order your components from the Kit/BOM tab of your Kit/BOM product. Follow the instructions below to easily re-order your components for Kit/BOM products.
1. If your Kit or BOM product is low on inventory, go to the Product Detail page of that product. Then select the BOM or Kit tab.
2. Then select the box next to the component(s) you need to reorder. Then select Order More Components.
3. The Order More modal will open with the selected component SKUs. If there is a default supplier assigned to the component, the modal will open with the supplier details assigned automatically. Reorder the product accordingly, and then select Order More. This product will be reordered on a PO. Click here for more details on how to manage Purchase Orders.
