How to Add/Remove Product Tags in Bulk
Adding Tags
1. Download the example file from the Manage Product Tags dropdown on the Data Import page.
2. On the example file, enter the SKU into the SKU *Req column and associated Tag Name into the Add Tag column. Each row adds another SKU and Tag addition.
3. Once your sheet is completed, then upload the file into the Data Import page. When the file is complete, your tags will be applied to your products.
Removing Tags
1. Download the example file from the Manage Product Tags dropdown on the Data Import page.
2. On the example file, enter the SKU into the SKU *Req column and associated Tag Name into the Remove Tag column. For each additional row in the spreadsheet, Ordoro can remove a Tag from a SKU.
3. Once your sheet is completed, then upload the file into the Data Import page. When the file is complete, your tags will be removed to your products.
Adding & Removing Tags
If you are going to add tags and remove tags on the same file, you can follow the same steps above, but be sure to have separate rows created for each addition or removal.
If you try to add and remove a tag on the same row of the spreadsheet, nothing will be added or removed.
How to filter by Product Tags
NOTE: Once tags are assigned to your product, you will be able to filter your products based on the tags assigned to your products.
1. On the Products page, click Filters.
2. In the Product Filters module, scroll to the Tags section and select the tag for which you are trying to filter and click Apply. You can select multiple tags, or Untagged products as well. For more information on tag filtering logic in Ordoro click here.
