When you connect your Amazon sales channel to Ordoro, you can streamline order management with automatic cancellations. This integration ensures that whenever an order is cancelled in Amazon, it’s automatically cancelled in Ordoro too: saving you time, preventing fulfillment errors, and keeping your records in sync.


How to enable this setting

  1. Select the Sync button in the top right.

  1. Under your Amazon sales channel, select the checkbox “Cancel Orders in Ordoro if Cancelled in Amazon“. Then select Update Autosync Settings.
  2. Once enabled, this task will run hourly. If you cancel an order in Amazon, the next autosync will also cancel the order in Ordoro.


Things to note

  • Orders will be cancelled regardless of their status in Ordoro (Awaiting Fulfillment, Dropshipment Requested, Shipped, etc.).
  • You’ll see a timeline comment on the order confirming it was cancelled.
