Filters to narrow down you Low Inventory products
You can use the Ordoro’s product filters to help you better review your Low Inventory products. See how each of these filters can help below:
Status Filters
1. Low Inventory: Be sure to select this option first. This filter will limit results to products in which the Physical On Hand quantity is equal to, or less than the Low Stock Theshold in that warehouse. Click here for more details on the Low Inventory Filter.
2. Not Kits: Utilizing the reverse filter, you can filter out your Kit products. Typically, you’ll re-order only your component products from your suppliers, although this may not apply to all users.
2. Not Dropship: Utilizing the reverse filter, you can filter out your dropshipped products. This is only effective if all your dropship products are exclusively dropshipped. If you sometimes fulfill products that you dropship, you’ll want to skip this filter.
3. Not Reordered: Utilizing the reverse filter, you can filter your products that are already reordered on POs. This makes it easier to see the products that still need reorder.
Supplier Filters
Use the Suppliers filters to help you export the products you need to reorder per supplier. You can create a separate report with the products from each Supplier to help you manage your re-ordering in Ordoro.
Warehouses Filters
Use the Warehouses filters to help you export products that have hit their low stock threshold per selected warehouse. You can create a separate low inventory for each warehouse to help you reorder to each.
Tag Filters
You can use Product Tags to help you filter out, or filter to the products you need reordered. Product tags are entirely customizable and can be added to any product in Ordoro. They can be utilized to be include products with the tag (See the Re-Orderable Product tag in the image above) or exclude products with the tag (See the Unfulfillable Product tag above).
