Create A Manual Order
When you ship an order out of Ordoro, you reduce the inventory of the products ordered. We’ll use this feature to track the outgoing shipment to Amazon, and decrement the inventory shipped out to Amazon. To do this follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Orders tab, and then select Create Order.
Note: Create Order only displays when no orders are selected.
2. In the Create Order Page, enter the shipping address information for your FBA Warehouse that you’ll be shipping this order to. You can update the Order number, and add an Order Tag to the order to clarify that this order is different from your customer orders.
3. Add the product(s) and quantities you are shipping out to Amazon on this order. Then Click Create Order at the bottom.
4. Your Amazon Order has been created. If you are shipping with parcel service to Amazon, you can use this order to create a label to ship out this order. If you are shipping LTL or freight for this delivery, you can Mark this order shipped.
NOTE: Be sure to assign this order to the warehouse you are wanting to reduce inventory from before shipping.
Once shipped, Ordoro will reduce the inventory for those items from your warehouse. And you’re good to go!
NOTE: Because these order are not sales orders, you’ll want to be sure to exclude these order form your order sales reports in Ordoro. Excluding these orders via tags is the easiest way to manage this. Click here for instructions on how to export filtered orders.
