By default Ordoro only imports orders from Miva with the following status:
- Pending
But let’s say you want to ship only part of an order or before it has been paid in full, what then? No worries, we won’t stand in your way. Just let us know which additional order statuses you would like to add to the list of orders imported into Ordoro. Just choose from the following list and shoot us an email, and we will be right on it:
- Pending — The order is created in Miva, but no action has been taken yet.
- Processing — A shipment has been created for the order in Miva.
- Shipped — All the line items on the order have shipments and tracking numbers in Miva.
- Partially Shipped — At least one, but not all line items on the order have shipments and tracking numbers in Miva.
- Cancelled — Order has been cancelled in Miva.
- Backordered —Order has been backordered in Miva.
- RMA Issued — An RMA has been created in Miva.
- Returned — The order has been fully returned in Miva.
