Ordoro only integrates with your Amazon US, CA or UK Seller Central / Professional account. Unfortunately, we do not support Amazon Individual accounts at this time. If you’re uncertain of what kind of account you have, please see this Amazon help article with more details.
However, that does not mean that you can not use Ordoro to fulfill orders from your Individual account. To fulfill those orders via Ordoro you can manually upload a CSV file with the order id’s into our system using the Data Import function.
