Shipping Requirements
- Weight Limit: Best rates are for packages up to 10 lbs.
- Size Limitations: Packages must be at least four inches high, six inches long, and 0.75 inches wide. They may not exceed 130 inches in length and girth combined.
- Residential addresses only: UPS Ground Saver is not available for shipping items to Commercial addresses.
How can I get UPS Ground Saver for my account?
To start saving with UPS Ground Saver through Ordoro, follow these steps:
- Create a UPS Discounted Rates account through Ordoro. This gives you access to lower shipping rates. Check out this help article for guidance.
- Once your discounted rates account is active, UPS Ground Saver becomes available for use for eligible packages. See the Shipping Requirements section for details.
- When preparing your shipment in Ordoro, Ground Saver will appear in the rates dropdown for eligible packages. See the screenshot below.
Important notes:
- UPS SurePost will appear on your shipping label when using UPS Ground Saver. Don’t worry, this is normal and means your package may be delivered with the help of USPS. SurePost is part of the process.
- The shipping label won’t show Reference Numbers and ID. This space is needed for the second tracking number that USPS will use to deliver your package.
