This feature set will allow you to group and assign orders into specified batches (of more than 100 orders if needed) whether they have similar products, the same requested shipping method, need to be assigned to someone, etc.

How to create a Batch and then add orders

1. Go to Orders and select the Batches dropdown. Select Go to Batch List.

3. Select Create a Batch.

4. Enter the Batch ID and add notes if you’d like.

NOTE: the Batch ID will be automatically generated unless you update the name.

5. Select Create Batch or Create and View Batch.


How to add orders to a new Batch

1. Go to the Orders and select the orders you’d like to add to the Batch. You can add up to 100 orders at a time.

NOTE: An order can only be in one Batch at a time.

2. Select Batches and in the dropdown select Add All Selected Orders to a New Batch.

3. In the modal, you can edit the Batch ID or use the automatically generated Batch ID. Then select Create Batch or Create and View Batch.

4. To see your batch, select Batches and Go to Batch List. You’ll be taken to the Batch List Page.


How to add orders to an existing Batch

1. Under Orders, Go to Batches and select Add All Selected Orders to an Existing Batch.

2. Search for the Batch name in the search box.

3. Select Add to Batch.

4. If you select an order or orders that are already assigned to a batch, you will be asked to reassign the order to the batch.

 


How to filter and add orders to a Batch

1. Go to Orders and filter the orders you would like to add to a Batch.

2. Select the Batches dropdown and then select Add All Filtered Orders to a New Batch or Add All Filtered Orders to an Existing Batch.

3. Enter the Batch ID and any notes you’d like to add. Select Create Batch or Create and View Batch.


How to remove orders from a Batch

1. Go to Orders and select Batches. Select Go to Batch List.

2. Select the Batch ID that you want to remove orders from.

3. You will be taken to the Order List page to see the Batch and select the orders you want to remove.

4. Select Batches and select Remove from Batch.

5. Select Remove.
