Standard Shippability helps you quickly see whether you can ship an order based on your current Physical On Hand inventory. It evaluates each order line item and shows a color-coded status so you can spot fully shippable, partially shippable, and out-of-stock items at a glance.

What is shippability?
When orders import into Ordoro, you need to determine whether you can ship all items on the order. Depending on your inventory, an order may be:
- Fully shippable (you have enough inventory for every line item).
- Partially shippable (you have some, but not enough).
- Unshippable (no inventory available).
Standard Shippability checks each line item against your Physical On Hand quantity to determine its status. It does not consider dropshipped items.
Who can use Standard Shippability?
This is only available for legacy accounts. All new accounts have access to the more powerful Allocation feature. Allocation uses reserved inventory logic instead of only looking at Physical On Hand.
How Standard Shippability works
Once Standard Shippability is enabled, you’ll see a shippability status on each order line item.
- Go to Orders.
- Expand an order row to see the line items.
- Check the color shown for each line item.
What the colors mean:
Green = Shippable
- Physical On Hand is equal to or greater than the order quantity.
Yellow = Partially shippable
- Physical On Hand is less than the order quantity, but more than 0.
Red = Unshippable (out of stock)
- Physical On Hand is 0.
