Filters to narrow down your Low Inventory products
Ordoro’s product filters are simple tools to help you focus on the products that need your attention. Here’s how each filter works:
Status Filters
1. Low Inventory: Be sure to select this option first. This is the most important filter. It shows products where the Physical On Hand quantity is equal to or less than the Low Stock Threshold set for the warehouse. Learn more about the Low Inventory filter.
2. Not Kits: Use the reverse filter to filter out kit products. Most users reorder only the component parts of kits, although this may not apply to everyone.
2. Not Dropship: Use the reverse filter to filter out dropshipped products. This is best if all dropship products are exclusively dropshipped. If some dropshipped items are also fulfilled in-house, you may want to skip this filter.
3. Not Reordered: Use the reverse filter to filter products already reordered on purchase orders. This helps you focus only on items still needing reordering.
Supplier Filters
Filter by suppliers to create reports for specific vendors. This can help you organize and manage reordering more easily.
Warehouse Filters
Filter by warehouse to find products that need restocking in specific locations. This helps you reorder based on the needs of each warehouse.
Tag Filters
Product Tags can help you include or exclude specific groups of products. For example, you can use tags to highlight reorderable products or remove unfulfillable items from your report.
