The Order Fulfillment Speed report helps you understand how quickly orders are shipped after they are placed or imported into Ordoro.
By exporting this report, you can measure overall fulfillment performance, spot delays in your shipping workflow, and better understand what percentage of orders are shipping within your desired timeframe.

What is the Order Fulfillment Speed report?
The Order Fulfillment Speed report shows how long it takes orders to ship and groups them into fulfillment time ranges.
This report can help answer questions like:
- How quickly are orders being fulfilled?
- What percentage of orders are shipping within my target timeframe?
- Are fulfillment times improving over time?
- Are there operational bottlenecks slowing down shipping?
The report summarizes fulfillment speed across all shipped orders and shows both the number of orders and the percentage of orders shipped within each timeframe.
Good to know: This report focuses on overall order fulfillment speed, not employee-level picking, packing, or shipping performance.
What information is included in the Order Fulfillment Speed report?
The Order Fulfillment Speed report includes the following columns:
- Fulfillment Speed
- Shows the fulfillment time range for shipped orders.
- Within 24 hours
- Between 24 and 48 hours
- Between 48 and 72 hours
- Between 72 and 96 hours
- Between 96 and 120 hours
- More than 120 hours
- Shows the fulfillment time range for shipped orders.
- Order Count
- Shows the total number of orders shipped within that fulfillment timeframe.
- Order Percentage
- Shows the percentage of orders shipped within that timeframe.
- This column will always total 100% across the report.
How to export the Fulfillment Speed report
- In Ordoro, select your Company Name.
- Click Reports from the dropdown menu.
- Select Create a New Report.
- This opens the Create a Report window.
- Enter a Report Name.
- Under Report Type, select Order Fulfillment Speed.
Understanding the export settings
- Recipient Email Addresses (optional)
- Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses to receive the report
- Frequency
- Choose whether the report runs one time or on a recurring schedule.
- Not Scheduled:
- Run the report one time.
- Hourly:
- Runs every hour.
- Daily:
- Runs once per day
- Good to know: Daily reports run based on 12:00 AM UTC, which may be the previous day depending on your timezone.
- Example: 12:00am UTC Wednesday = 7:00pm CST Tuesday
- Weekly:
- Runs every Sunday.
- Good to know: Weekly reports also run based on 12:00 AM UTC, which may fall on Saturday evening depending on your timezone.
- Example: 12:00am UTC Sunday = 7:00pm CST Saturday.
- Monthly:
- Runs on the 1st day of the month.
- The timing is based on 12:00am UTC.
- The report may run on the final day of the previous month, based on your time zone.
- Example: 12:00am UTC on the 1st = 7:00pm CST on the last day of the previous month.
- Order Imported or Order Placed Date
- Choose how Ordoro should calculate fulfillment timing.
- Order Imported Date:
- Calculates fulfillment speed based on when the order imported into Ordoro.
- Order Placed Date:
- Calculates fulfillment speed based on when the customer placed the order in the sales channel.
- This can make a difference if orders are imported after they are placed.
- Example:
- If a customer places an order on Monday, but the order imports into Ordoro on Wednesday:
- Order Placed Date starts the fulfillment timer on Monday.
- Order Imported Date starts the fulfillment timer on Wednesday.
- Interval
- Choose the reporting timeframe.
- Options include:
- Specific Date Range
- Hour
- Day
- Week
- Month
- If you select Hour, Day, Week, or Month, Ordoro uses the current time to run the report.
- Example: If the current time is 9:18 AM, selecting Hour returns results from 8:18 AM to 9:18 AM.
- Truncate to start of hour / day / week / month
- Enable this option to run the report from the start of the selected interval (minute
00) to the end of the same interval. - Example: If the current time is 9:18 AM and you select Truncate, the report returns results from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
- Enable this option to run the report from the start of the selected interval (minute
- Time Zone
- Choose the timezone used for the report calculations.
- Length of Fulfillment Week
- Choose how many days per week your business fulfills orders.
- 7 Days:
- Assumes fulfillment happens Sunday through Saturday.
- 6 Days:
- Assumes one non-fulfillment day per week (for example, Sunday).
- If a product does not ship within the same week, Ordoro subtracts 24 hours from the fulfillment time.
- 5 Days:
- Assumes two non-fulfillment days per week (for example, Saturday and Sunday).
- If a product does not ship within the same week, Ordoro subtracts 48 hours from the fulfillment time.
Download the report
- After entering your report settings, click Export or Schedule.
- Export = Generate the report immediately.
- Schedule = Create a recurring report to run automatically.
- Once the report finishes, go to Activity Menu → Exports.
- Click CSV to download the report to your computer.
