As your business evolves, you may discontinue working with a particular:

  • Sales channel or cart
  • Supplier
  • User
  • Warehouse

However, valuable order history will be lost if we delete them.

Instead, we can archive these items. Archiving will retain associated data (like orders) but prevent new information from importing.

Follow the steps in this help article to archive users. Otherwise, contact Ordoro Support if you’d like to:

  • Archive your cart(s)
  • Archive your supplier(s)
  • Delete your warehouse (archiving is not available at this time)

Please list the cart/supplier/warehouse name when making the request. The Support Team may have follow-up questions before archiving or deleting.
