Regular Supplier
To cancel a dropship request you will need to
- Reach out to your dropshipper directly either via phone or email and let them know to cancel the fulfillment request.
- Cancel the dropship request in Ordoro by deleting the shipment.
FBA Supplier
To cancel a FBA dropship request, there are two options:
- If the FBA dropship request has already been received by FBA, then you need to cancel it directly with the FBA warehouse. Check this link for further instructions.
- If the FBA dropship request has not been received yet or failed, then all you need to do is to delete the shipment.
