How do I cancel a FBA fulfillment order?

If you’d like to cancel an order sent to FBA for fulfillment, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Find the order in Manage Orders.
  3. Click on the Order ID link.
  4. Go to Order Details for the order.
  5. Click Cancel this Order.

Note: Orders can only be canceled while they are in the Planning status. Once they move to Shipping, you will be unable to cancel them.
