Sometimes when using Volusion, your orders from Volusion will not import into Ordoro for various reasons. In order for Ordoro to import those orders, you will need to reset the order export in your Volusion account.
Please follow these steps:
1 . Login to your Volusion account.
2 . Select the Inventory option and then Volusion API
3 . Scroll down to the Generic section and select RUN next to Generic/Orders
4 . Select the date in the Reset Generic Orders dropdown. Select the day before that order was created. If you’re not sure, just select the oldest date on the list.
5 . Then Select Reset Export
6 . You’ve reset your Orders and you can now go back to Ordoro and sync orders. Click here for details on how to start syncing orders in Ordoro.
