How do I submit DHL Paperless customs declaration in Ordoro?

  1. Select Additional Options in the Shipping Label module. Please make sure you the Attach Customs Info checkbox is checked.

2. Fill in the required information and Select Save and Return.

3. Select on Create Label.

The Customs document will not populate since the form was electronically submitted. You will want to confirm the shipping label is created with C-PLT on the label. These means DHL paperless was submitted successfully.
