If you are on Ordoro version 2

Since international labels require specific information per label (customs declaration form information), it is NOT possible to create international labels in bulk using the batch shipping workflow. Instead, you need to create them one by one.

1. Go to the Shipments tab and click on the “Unshipped” filter. Then select the checkbox of the International Shipment you want to create. Click the orange button that says Create Labels.

2. This will bring up the shipping module. You can choose the shipper, the international ship method, and other shipping parameters on this page. When you change the weight or dimensions of the package, the rates will automatically change in the black box to show you the correct label cost.

Note:  For international shipments do not select ‘Delivery Confirmation’

3. A customs declaration is a required step in order to create an international shipping label.  Enter/adjust the product description, quantity, weight, and value of each product. Please make sure that the weight in the customs declaration form is equal or less than the parcel weight.  Also, if you have more than 5 products please combine similar  products and summate their value for simplicity.

4. Once you select the Create button, Ordoro will create the shipping label for you which will print on the customs declaration form, and automatically write the tracking numbers back to your shopping cart.

5. Last step, choose whether you want to print on a thermal or desktop printer. Ordoro will optimize the labels to fit your printer type. Print and you’re done!

6. If you receive a 4-page customs form such as a PS Form 2967-A, you can either put Page 1 with the barcode on the package directly or put it in a plastic sleeve as recommended by USPS with Page 2&3 and attach it to the exterior of the package. Page 4 (senders copy) is for your personal records.
