How to set Payor and Duties Payor

1. When you are creating a shipping label on an order, click on Additional Options to expand the selection.

2. Under Additional Options, you can see dropdown lists for Payor. You can select who pays for the duties on your shipment: the Sender, Recipient, or Third Party.

Note: If you select Recipient or Third Party for Payor, you must specify the account number.

3. Below Payor is the option for Duties Payor. You can also select who pays for the Payor Duties for the shipment: Sender, Recipient, or Third Party.

Note: If you select Recipient or Third Party for Payor, you must specify the account number.

4. Select Create Label when complete!

Setting a preset for Payor and Duties

1. Follow steps 1-3 above.

2. Then select Presets -> Save current options as a preset.

3. Enable DHL as the Carrier to reveal the following fields.

  • Payment Type
  • Payment Account
  • Duty Payment Type
  • Duties Payment Account

4. These fields will be pre-populated with what you entered on the previous screen. Toggle these options on, as desired.

5. Name the Preset and click Save.
