How to update a Batch with Bulk Update options

1. Under Orders, select Batches.

2. On the Batch List Page, select the Batch you’d like to update and select Bulk Update.

3. You can select from these options.

Here is an example.

4. When you select Update Batch, Ordoro will try to apply the options to the Batch and then automatically refresh the shipping rates. You will see the status of the task in the “Last Updated/Status” column.

5. You can only have 1 task run on a Batch at a time to prevent them from overlapping. You can make as many updates here as you need so make sure to apply them all at once


How to use Bulk Update for multiple Batches

1. Select multiple Batches from the Batch List Page and select Bulk Update.

2. Select Bulk Update and select the options to apply to the Batches.


How to view orders with errors in a Batch

1. Under Orders, select Batches.

2. Under Contents, you can view the orders with errors. Click on the red error.

3. You’ll be taken to the Orders List Page and you’ll see the Batch ID in the Omni search bar. You can look at each order to resolve the error (missing customs information, missing Ship To address, etc).

3. Select Update Batches to start the update.
