Yes. Here is how it works.
Let us say you want to offer product customizations to your webstore customers. One example of this is engraving the recipient’s name on a product purchased from your store. If your store runs on Shopify, then you can use the excellent Product Options plugin offered by the developers at Bold Apps to achieve this task.
Once you install that plugin, your Shopify store will be able to capture the additional information (such as engraving first name, last name, etc.) against each line of the order. Once imported into Ordoro, we will parse out those details and display them nicely under the Order ID in the Order List Page and under Product Name in the Order Details page. Your shipping personnel will see this information and can act on it accordingly.
