Which Square order statuses are downloaded into Ordoro?

By default, Ordoro imports Square orders with the following statuses:

  • OPEN
  • COMPLETED

Here are the order statuses we’re able to import from Square. Let us know which other statuses you want Ordoro to import, and we will be right on it:

  • OPEN – Indicates the order is open. Open orders may be updated.
  • COMPLETED – Indicates the order is completed. Completed orders are fully paid. This is a terminal state.
  • CANCELED – Indicates the order is canceled. Canceled orders are not paid. This is a terminal state.
