To utilize FedEx Ground Economy in Ordoro, make sure these steps are complete.
- Your FedEx account is Ground Economy enabled. Contact FedEx to verify this status.
- Once you’re approved for Ground Economy, it can take up to 10 days for these rates to show up in third-party systems like Ordoro.
- Your package should meet FedEx’s package restrictions.
- The minimum package dimensions are 6 x 4 x 1
- For example, a box with dimensions 9 x 3 x 2 will fail because 3 is less than the minimum dimensions.
- Set your FedEx Ground Economy Hub in your carrier settings. See instructions here.
How to create a Ground Economy label
Next, in Ordoro, follow these steps to create a Ground Economy shipping label.
- Select the order you’d like to ship via Ground Economy.
- Select FedEx as your shipper.
- Expand the Advanced Options section. Select your Indicia and Hub.
- If you’re uncertain of your Hub, contact your FedEx representative directly.
- It’s also in the FedEx email when you were approved for Ground Economy.
