If you have a USPS Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA), you can connect it to Ordoro using the USPS Ship integration. This lets you access your contracted USPS rates when creating labels in Ordoro.

Follow the steps below to connect your USPS Business account and enable your NSA rates.


Connect your USPS Business Account

  1. In Ordoro, click your Company Name → Account Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, go to Shippers/Carriers.
  3. Click Add a Shipper and select USPS Ship from the dropdown.
  4. Click Authorize.

  1. A USPS login window will open. Log in using your USPS Business Account credentials.
  2. After logging in, USPS will display several IDs needed for Ordoro setup.
    Save the following values for the final setup setp:
    • CRID
    • EPS Account Number
    • Master MIDs
    • MIDs
  3. Accept the USPS terms and conditions, then click Authorize and Continue.

    1. A modal will appear in Ordoro asking for your USPS information.
    2. From the dropdowns, select the values you saved from the previous USPS screen.
      • Merchant CRID
      • Merchant Outbound MID (this is the MID from USPS)
      • Merchant Manifest/Master MID (this is the Master MID from USPS)
      • Merchant Return MID should match your Merchant Outbound MID.
      • Merchant EPS (EPA)
    3. Select the checkbox for I have NSA rates.
    4. Enter your Merchant Rate Holder CRID and Merchant Rate Holder EPS account number.
    5. Click Update.

    Your USPS Ship account should now be connected, and your NSA rates will be available when you create USPS labels in Ordoro.
