Yes! With our order revisions feature Ordoro will import changes made to the Ship-To Name, Address, City, State, and Zipcode.

How to enable this setting
1. Click on your company name and in the dropdown select Account Settings.
2. Under Integrations, select Sales Channels and click Edit by the sales channel you’d like to enable this setting for.
3. Select the checkboxes next to these options and click Save.
How to accept address changes for orders
1. Go to Orders. You can select the yellow triangle on the right of the omni search bar to see the orders that have revisions.
Note: This feature only works on Awaiting Fulfillment and Dropshipment Requested orders in Ordoro.
2. In this pop-up modal, select Accept these shipping address revisions and then Confirm Revisions.
- To reject any revisions, deselect Accept these shipping address revisions and click Confirm Revisions.
