By default, Ordoro will import all Shopify orders that are marked as Paid and Unfulfilled.
There are some cases where a product will still not get imported in to Ordoro with an open order. The reason may be that your product does not have Require a shipping address selected under your Shopify Settings. If this option is not checked, then Shopify believes that this product does not need to be shipped so will not send it to Ordoro.
