You may notice the Sync button is not available if you are using a new Ordoro account or only use Ordoro to create manual orders. That is because the Sync button will only be displayed if a sales channel is connected to Ordoro.

  • This button opens the Ordoro Sync Settings menu, where you can view and edit sync options available for sales channels.
  • If there are no sales channels connected, then there are no sync settings to configure.

Once a sales channel is connected, the Sync button will display in the upper right-hand corner of your Ordoro account.
