A few things to double check:

  • Do you have your FedEx account set up in Ordoro?
  • Has your FedEx representative loaded your negotiated rates in to your account for API access?
  • Are the weights, box dimensions, and method the same in both Ordoro and FedEx?
  • Have you selected Residential/Commercial in both?
  • Do you have any add ons selected for this label such as insurance or signature confirmation?

If you are still seeing a discrepancy between the two, please send Ordoro Support screen shots of the label information both in FedEx and in Ordoro for us to look in to it further.
