Sendle is the first shipping carrier specifically designed to serve the needs of small businesses in the eCommerce space. Sendle levels the playing field for small businesses by offering affordable, national flat-rate shipping, with no hidden fees, subscriptions, or warehousing required.
Sendle is the first 100% carbon-neutral shipping carrier in the U.S. and Australia and is a Certified B-Corporation. The company was co-founded in Australia in 2015 by James Chin Moody and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington and Sydney, Australia.

Sendle levels the playing field for small businesses by offering affordable flat-rate, carbon-neutral shipping with no hidden fees, subscriptions, or minimums required.

How am I billed for Sendle labels created in Ordoro?
For US accounts, the credit card on file in the Sendle account is billed weekly on Sundays, Pacific Standard Time (PST) for all orders and billing adjustments (e.g., under-declared adjustments) in the previous week.
For Australian accounts, the credit card on file in the Sendle account is billed weekly on Monday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for all orders and billing adjustments (eg. under-declared adjustments) in the previous week.
Note: Accounts may be charged more frequently than weekly during their first few weeks as a fraud prevention measure.
What shipping rates does Sendle offer?
Sendle has different shipping rates based on where the package is shipping from / address of origin. See the links below by country.
Does Ordoro support shipping from Australia through the Sendle integration?
Yes, you can create labels that originate from Australia in Ordoro.
Is insurance offered for Sendle shipments?
In the US, Sendle will cover the cost of replacing lost goods up to the policy limit of $150.
In Australia, Sendle will cover the sales price of replacing lost goods as well as the cost of delivery. See the different coverage per account type below.
- Sendle Pro accounts: up to $300
- Sendle Standard and Premium accounts: up to $100 (including GST)
- Additional insurance is not offered for either market
Does Sendle offer international shipping?
When shipping from the US, international shipping is not supported at this time. This includes the list below.
- International shipping,
- Military or diplomatic (APO, FPO, and DPO) addresses
- Certain US territories (such as Guam and American Samoa)
When shipping from Australia, international shipping is supported.

No, not at this time.
