How do I create a Sendle account?

How am I billed for Sendle labels created in Ordoro?

For US accounts, the credit card on file in the Sendle account is billed weekly on Sundays, Pacific Standard Time (PST) for all orders and billing adjustments (e.g., under-declared adjustments) in the previous week. 

For Australian accounts, the credit card on file in the Sendle account is billed weekly on Monday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for all orders and billing adjustments (eg. under-declared adjustments) in the previous week. 

For Canadian accounts, the credit card on file in the Sendle account is billed weekly on Sundays, Pacific Standard Time (PST) for all orders and billing adjustments (e.g., under-declared adjustments) in the previous week. 

Note: As a fraud prevention measure, accounts may be charged more frequently than weekly during their first few weeks.

What shipping rates does Sendle offer?

Does Ordoro support shipping from Australia through the Sendle integration?

Yes, you can create labels that originate from Australia in Ordoro.

Does Ordoro support shipping from Canada through the Sendle integration?

Yes, you can create labels that originate from Canada in Ordoro.

Is insurance offered for Sendle shipments?

In the US, Sendle will cover the cost of replacing lost goods up to the policy limit of $150.

In Australia, Sendle will cover the sales price of replacing lost goods as well as the cost of delivery. See the different coverage per account type below.

  • Sendle Pro accounts: up to $300
  • Sendle Standard and Premium accounts: up to $100 (including GST)
  • Additional insurance is not offered for either market

In Canada, Sendle will cover the cost of replacing lost goods up to the policy limit of CAD $100 for customers on all plans, as well as the cost of delivery. 

Does Sendle offer international shipping?

When shipping from the US, international shipping is supported as of February 2024.

When shipping from Australia, international shipping is supported.

When shipping from Canada, only international shipments to the U.S. are available for now.

Can I generate Sendle return labels in Ordoro?

At this time, you cannot print Sendle return labels in Ordoro, however, you can print US return labels within your Sendle account.

Yes, a manifest can be generated for eligible USPS shipments. Please see Sendle’s help article for instructions on downloading a SCAN Form.
