Ordoro imports Shopify orders based on their Payment and Fulfillment statuses. By default, we only import paid and unfulfilled orders, which means they are ready to ship.

Shopify statuses that import to Ordoro

By default, Ordoro imports Shopify orders with the following statuses:

  1. Payment Status: Paid
  2. Fulfillment Status: Unfulfilled


Shopify statuses that do not import to Ordoro

Ordoro does not automatically import orders with the statuses listed below. If your workflow requires them, we can help update your settings.

  1. Payment Statuses not imported by default:
    • pending: Payment is still pending.
    • authorized: Payment is authorized but not yet captured.
    • partially_paid: Only part of the order has been paid.
    • partially_refunded: Some funds have been refunded.
    • voided: The payment has been voided.
    • refunded: The full amount has been refunded.
  2. Fulfillment Statuses not imported by default:
    • fulfilled: All items in the order are fulfilled.
    • partial: At least one item has been fulfilled.
