When you ship orders via USPS in Ordoro, you can view the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) directly within the app. This ETA, provided by USPS, gives you and your customers a general idea of when the package is expected to arrive.

Understanding where this date is saved can help you troubleshoot shipping delays, provide accurate delivery information to customers, and align your fulfillment expectations.

Where is the Estimated Delivery Date saved?

Once you create a USPS shipping label in Ordoro, we automatically save the Estimated Delivery Date sent by USPS.

  • You’ll find the EDD under the Shipping Label Created section in the order’s detail page.
  • This date is displayed along with other shipment info such as tracking number, carrier service, and label cost.
  • If the USPS API does not return an ETA for a specific service (e.g., First Class Package may not always include one), that field may be blank.
