When you receive a UPS error that says:
missing or invalid ship from company name
It means that your warehouse name is either missing or too long. To fix this error you will:
1. Go to your business name in the upper right-hand corner and click Account Settings
2. Click on Warehouses on the left-hand menu
3. Click Edit next to the warehouse you’d like to update
4. Refresh the page
5. Try to recreate the label with the updated warehouse information
Note: UPS only allows for 35 character company names in the warehouse information.
