When creating a UPS label, you may run into this message. See the screenshot below.
What does this mean?
- UPS sends us this message because a hold has been placed on the account.
- Generally, the hold is related to a billing issue, but it could be for other reasons.
How can I fix it?
- Contact your UPS representative or UPS Support to resolve the problem.
- Once the hold is lifted, click the blue arrow button next to the shipping rates. Ordoro will refresh with your updated information.
