When creating a UPS label, you may run into this message. See the screenshot below.

What does this mean?

  1. UPS sends us this message because a hold has been placed on the account.
  2. Generally, the hold is related to a billing issue, but it could be for other reasons.

How can I fix it?

  1. Contact your UPS representative or UPS Support to resolve the problem.
  2. Once the hold is lifted, click the blue arrow button next to the shipping rates. Ordoro will refresh with your updated information.
