You may need to reauthorize your USPS Ship account in Ordoro from time to time, and here are the instructions to do that in Ordoro.

1. Go to your account settings.

2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown.

3. Go to Shippers/Carriers in the left column or click this link directly.

4. Click Edit on your USPS Ship account to reauthorize.

5. Scroll down and click Reauthorize.

6. You’ll be sent to USPS to log into your USPS Business Gateway account. Add your credentials and select Sign In.

7. Send the MFA passcode code to yourself and enter that into USPS and select Submit.

8. Select the checkmark box, and then select Authorize & Continue.

9. Then select Go to Ordoro. That should return you to Ordoro and your account will be successfully reauthorized. You should be able to refresh rates and purchase USPS Ship labels.
