Ordoro now supports multiple layouts when printing your shipping labels in Ordoro v3, packing slips, and pick lists. See below for the different options.

  1. Thermal layout and packing list in sequential order
  2. Desktop layout with label and packing slip side-by-side
  3. Desktop layout with two labels per page
  4. Desktop layout with one label per page

Thermal layout and packing list in sequential order

  1. Select the checkbox next to the order(s) you’d like to print
  2. Select Thermal Printer
  3. Select Attach Packing List
    • Choose any additional options as needed
  4. Select Attach Packing List if needed
  5. If you have multiple packing slip styles, you can also select which packing list you’d like to use.
  6. Click Print
  7. A new tab will open with the shipping label on the first page and the corresponding packing list on the next page
  8. If you have multiple orders selected, they will print out as: Order 1 label -> Order 1 packing slip -> Order 2 label -> Order 2 packing slip, etc.

Desktop layout with label and packing slip side-by-side

  1. Select the checkbox next to the order(s) you’d like to print
  2. Select Desktop Printer
  3. Select Side-by-side
    • Choose to have labels always on the right or left side of the page, or select Either side for the most efficient use of paper.
    • If you would like each packing slip and label separate from orders, select Break Page on Order.
  4. Select Attach Packing List
    • Choose any additional options as needed
  5. Select Attach Pick List if needed
  6. If you have multiple packing slip styles, you can also select which packing list you’d like to use.
  7. Click Print
  8. A new tab will open with the shipping label on the left side of the page and the corresponding packing list on the right side of the page.

Desktop layout with two labels per page

  1. Select the checkboxes next to at least two orders you’d like to print
  2. Select Desktop Printer
  3. Select Side-by-side
  4. Select Attach Pick List if needed
  5. A new tab will open with each shipping label on half of the sheet

Desktop layout with one label per page

  1. Select the checkbox next to the order(s) you’d like to print
  2. Select Desktop Printer
  3. Select Full page
  4. Select Attach Packing List
    • Choose any additional options as needed
  5. Select Attach Pick List if needed
  6. If you have multiple packing slip styles, you can also select which packing list you’d like to use.
  7. Click Print
  8. A new tab will open with the shipping label taking up half a page on the first page and the corresponding packing list on the next page.
