Let’s say you’ve dropshipped an order, realized that your supplier can’t ship it, and you want to ship it yourself. Or you’ve accidentally canceled an order and need to uncancel it. To move an order back to Awaiting Fulfilment, take these steps.
- Select the checkbox next to the order(s).
- Select Actions.
- Select Mark as Awaiting Fulfillment.
- This will move the orders from their current status back to Awaiting Fulfillment.
Note: If you do this to a shipped order, it will delete any shipping labels or tracking information associated with this order.
